One thing about self portraits is trying to focus correctly.. Up & Down, Up & Down, I have images that are sharp, blurry and a little soft, and here I thought I was in the same place each time:) lol..

Portrait Lighting Day 5
I had a few goals for this image. It had to be close up; I wanted to work with the hair flash on camera right; and I wanted to keep most of the light off of the backdrop.
One thing about self portraits is trying to focus correctly.. Up & Down, Up & Down, I have images that are sharp, blurry and a little soft, and here I thought I was in the same place each time:) lol..
Set up: Flash with Photek softlighter to camera Left, Flash for hair to the camera Right.. I moved the hair light from back to side.
